An Electronics & Telecommunication engineer by training, Tiger Ramesh is an experienced professional from the IT industry, having worked with leading companies such as Nortel Networks and iGate Global Solutions. Cicada is his third entrepreneurial venture. The first two being “Bangalore Labs” and “Quintant” (subsequently merged with iGate Global Solutions). He helped set up India’s leading ISPs and also set up India's largest online trading network for a leading stock exchange.
Tiger is a wildlife enthusiast who has been actively involved in traveling to wildlife destinations which actually triggered setting up of Cicada Resorts as a responsible Eco-tourism company. His passion for wildlife brought him back to the forest time and again, when he sensed the merits of bridging the existing gap between the urban dweller and the forest. Tiger will be leading the vision of making Cicada the no 1 responsible eco-tourism player in India. He is passionate about golf and photography.

H.B. Jairaj - Director
An MBA from Case Western University, Ohio, USA,
Jairaj is the Chairman of HRB Group of India. His business interests cuts across various sectors including Hotel chains, Real Estate development, Foreign Liquor & Fertilizers. Jairaj helps Cicada with matters relating to the build out of the chain and in Corporate Governance. He is a keen reader and an extensive traveler.

Jaya Murthy - Director
Jaya holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Jaya has extensive experience in vendor development and management from her stint in the retailing industry. She helps Cicada with brand building and marketing mentoring. Her hobbies include badminton, cub scouts and junior league soccer. She lives in Fremont, California.

Prakash Parthasarathy - Director
A computer engineer from BITS Pilani and a Gold Medalist MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Prakash brings to the table strong financial markets experience. He has been an investment professional in the global securities industry, an investment banker and an operating manager running a business vertical. He was earlier in San Francisco working as a Principal with Banc of America Securities and in Hong Kong as Investment Banker with BAS Investment Banking Group. Prakash helps Cicada with corporate governance. Prakash is a keen golfer.

Kiran Bedi - Advisor
Kiran is a seasoned professional from the Hospitality industry. He brings to the table extensive knowledge in the fields of Sales, Marketing and Operations in the hospitality industry.
He has held various positions with the ITC Welcome Group Sheraton for over 18 years including; General Manager of Umaid Bhavan Palace - Jodhpur. Working with various teams Mr. Bedi will put together world-class Operations, Sales and Marketing strategies for Cicada.

Indu - GM - Operations
A graduate from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore,
Indu is an avid naturalist with rich experience
in the Hospitality Industry.
Indu worked with Jungle Lodges & Resorts in India
as a Guest Relations Officer for a year at their famous Kabini
River Lodge where she honed her wildlife skills.
She gained international exposure when she managed the Comfort
Inn chain of Motels in Philadelphia
for two years.
She ran a restaurant, Civet at ITPL, Bangalore for five years,
after which she has joined us at Wilderness Resorts Pvt. Ltd.
as General Manager - Operations.
Indu has travelled extensively, from the Americas
to Africa, and keeps returning to these jungles whenever she
spots the chance.

Narayana Hegde - Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts
A science graduate with a major in statistics, Narayana Hegde is today a qualified Charted Accountant (ACAI) with over 10 years of professional experience. His career has been a journey across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, banking and infrastructure. Some of his prominent stints have been in International Reporting Department at ING Vysya and at RMZ Corp a leading real estate company.
Proficient in Accounting, Fund Management and Taxation, his core area of interest lies in Budgeting, MIS and Finance. He is vastly experienced in timely reporting of MIS in US GAAP, Dutch GAAP, IFRS and Indian Accounting Standard.
He is a native of Shimoga and resides in Bangalore with his wife and daughter.

Jayprakash - Sr. Naturalist
Having spent his formative years in Chitradurga, it was only natural Jayprakash would make the leap from agriculture to forests and wildlife. Graduating in forestry from the University of Agircultural Sciences, Bangalore in 1991, he spent six years on forestry projects with MYRADA in Andhra Pradesh, before becoming
a development officer in Holi Hal Polyfibers.
Switching to resorts, he became plantation manager
in Nanu Tel Resorts, Goa for two years. Later becoming naturalist and consequently manager with Jungle Lodges and Resorts.
Jayprakash brings extensive knowledge of the flora
and fauna of the region having worked in the Kabini River Lodge and then later in the Bandipur Safari Lodge (which he helped set up).
